It's a been a few months since my last post. But here I am back with excitement and energy that only Charles the Chef can bring! The Louisiana Book Festival in Baton Rouge was fantastic and Charles the Chef took center stage! Not only did we have the opportunity to present our special Smokey's smoothie food demo, but it was received with flying colors! I was able to meet and nurture relationships with authors from around the nation. I thank the Louisiana Book Festival for Charles the Chef and help in spreading the message "To Eat Better To Live Better!"
