For those who came out the BET Woman's Symposium to support a great cause and Charles The Chef, I thank you. The event went off without a hitch. I was proud to be an intricate part of a tour that begun in Winston-Salem, N.C. Mshindo Kuumba perform in remarkable fashion as he put on one of the best food demonstrations I've seen. Even the stunning Kelly Price took time to enjoy Charles The Chef and Mshindo and I of course! Take a look at the gallery of pictures and get a feel of what we experienced.
