Eat Better To Live Better

Eat Better To Live Better is the foundation for what Charles the Chef stands for and the backbone of his message of good health. This will be the first of many posts from myself and artist supreme Mshindo Kummba. Here you will find updates on our bookstore appearances and events throughout the year as wells as articles written by myself concerning childhood obesity and health issues in general.

For those not familiar with Charles the Chef.

Charles the Chef is the story of Charles Simmons the owner of the Four Seasons Cuisine's Restaurant and his adventures. Charles's philosophy is that “If You Eat Better, You'll Live Better." His goal is to prepare and serve the best and most nutritious meals to his customers, while educating children how to eat healthy. The story centers on Charles, his wife Darnice, his daughter Lea and his numerous magical friends in and around the town of Darton. Charles's endless search for new recipes to share with his customers sometimes sends him to distant lands or just around the corner to one of his many suppliers. Whenever there are customers to be served or catering events to fulfill all of Charles's friends chip in from Scrubs the Talking Dishwasher to Snappy the Freezer and you can always hear him say "Let's Get Cooking!"

So keep coming back and checking to see when Charles the Chef may be coming to your town to spread the good news and tips on how to improve the eating habits of children. And who knows maybe the adults will learn a little too.

Remember, Eat Better To Live Better!!
